Karl joins the team with extremely limited experience, and has settled in well. Racing just once a month presents a challenge for the the team and for Karl, but he has applied himself very well so far, putting in some notable performances.

Karl regularly shows race winning speed, but he needs to build experience as he races with the team to be able to use his raw speed.
